Our software toolkit enables to create an external dialogue quickly and easily.

We developed our software entirely based on our own methodology – end-to-end customer engagement. It means that we develop in strong partnership with our customers.

From a technology point of view, our architecture is built on Ruby on Rails and ‘uniform content’, which means that every type of content (discussion forum, wiki, etc…) shares common attributes (e.g voting, commenting), making it truly easy to mix different contents while keeping a consistent experience, and very easy to add new types of content.
